Betty's Cottage, 56 Back Road East

Comprises five rooms:

Ground Floor:   Lounge with television/video.

                          Kitchen/diner fully equipped plus microwave. 

                          Shower room (off kitchen), shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point.

First Floor:       Bedroom 1, double bed with en-suite w.c. and wash hand basin.

                          Bedroom 2, double bed.

Second Floor:   Bedroom 3, two single beds.

(Loft)                 (designed characteristically for children).

Sunnyside Cottage, Back Road East

The accommodation covers the first floor area of what is believed to originally have been two Fisherman's Cottages completely self-contained and is accessible by entrance door and staircase to the rear.

Comprises six rooms:

                           Two bedrooms, each with double bed. Lounge with television/video, 

                           1 fold-down bed. Kitchen fully equipped plus microwave. 

                           Bathroom, ³/₄ bath with shower over bath, wash-hand basin, shaver point. 

                           Separate toilet, also with wash-hand basin/vanity unit.

Comprises five rooms: (Steps to front door).

First Floor:       Lounge and dining area with television/video,

                          Kitchen fully equipped plus microwave and washing machine. 

Second Floor:   Bedroom 1, double bed, 1 fold-down bed, (Sea views over roof tops)

                          Bedroom 2, two single bunk beds.

                          Bathroom, shower, w.c., vanity unit,  shaver point.

Garden & Patio Area:

                         Enclosed paved area and garden shrubs with patio set of four chairs, table 

                         and parasol.

Ground Floor Studio Room:

                         Can be let with the cottage as additional unit dependent on family size or party number booking.

                         Comprise one studio room approx 17' X 10'. (separate access at ground 

                         level). Offering bed sitting room: double sofa bed, television/video, divided 

                         kitchen area, table-top cooker and fridge, screened shower and w.c. and 

                         shaver point, built-in wardrobe. (Please be minded of the small and  

                         confined space which may not suit everyone)

Agnes' Cottage, 30 Virgin Street

Comprises six rooms:

Ground Floor:    Lounge with television/video plus dining area.

                           Kitchen fully equipped plus microwave. 

                           Enclosed courtyard leading to w.c. and shower. 

First Floor:        Bedroom 1, double bed with en-suite (shower and toilet),

                           vanity unit and shaver point.

                           Bedroom 2, double bed.

Second Floor:    Bedroom 3, double bed with wash hand basin and 

 (Loft)                shaver point. One fold-down bed, television/video. Sea view over roof 

                           tops in two directions. Rear view over looking The Island, Tate gallery and 

                           Porthmeor Surfing Beach.

Comprises four rooms:

                            Bedroom, double bed, 1 fold-down bed.

Half Basement: Captain's Galley, Kitchen/diner fully equipped plus microwave. No 

                            washing machine. Bo'sun's Cabin, annexe sitting/bedroom, sofa/double 

                             bed, television/video.
